BODY AND BEAUTY CARE DURING PREGNANCY

  1.   Avoid more salt, chilli and spices in your food.

  2.   Consume fruits, raw vegetables and fruit juices, dry fruits. Avoid coffee, tea, cold drinks.

  3.   Do not consume food at once take in regular intervals of 2-3 hours, take greens in your food.

  4.   Stretch marks are common in pregnancy itching is more avoid scratching with nails hardly it makes marks.

  5.   Drink more milk which provides calcium to your body inside.

  6.   At least 8 hours of sleep is necessary prefer walking when you wakeup that should be done if your pregnancy  is not delicate after consultation with your doctor.


7.   Avoid held slippers, more TV watching bad habit, read good books, keep yourself happy.

8.   Use loose garments do not go for tight fits.

9.   Pigmentation of skin is common in pregnancy some have black pigmentation & some have white pigmentation treatments for this must be consulted with your doctor.

If you are a working lady use light colour sarees. To low back pain and stress do not use painkillers only go for external application
