SPLIT ENDS AND HAIRLOSS

Splitting of ends is normally a problem of dry or combination hair. In this case the ends of the hair have more than one shootouts. This prevents the sebum oil to reach the end, thus end become brittle and they fall of.

If not treated split ends travel up to the root giving the hair an uneven length.
Hair loss may be due to variety of reasons.



Example: tension malnutrition , illness, pollution.
Steps for these problems.

Trim the hair every 4-5 weeks even if you are growing it.
Avoid rubber bands, sharp clips, spiky brushes and do not brush hair when it is wet.

Wash hair at least weekly twice and do not over rub your hair.
Lessen the use of hair colors, dyes and dry your hair naturally.

Use amla in your food controls hair loss.
