TIPS FOR HAIR CARE


  1.   Eat plenty of protein containing foods, fresh fruits and vegetables, cut fried foods, starches, sugary foods.

  2.   Wash your hair at least weekly once shampoo or shikakai powder
  3.   Go for hair trimming every four to five weeks once to get rid of split ends and have the hair styled.

  4.   Do not brush hair when it is wet but use a smooth edged, wide toothed comb. Do not use hair drier regularly which will caused split ends.


5.   Massage at least once a week to increasing blood circulation and blood supply to hair roots with massaging. Massaging is not recommended for very oily hair.

6.   Condition the hair at least once a weak to get remedy from effects of sunshine pollution.

7.   Protect your hair from the sun by covering your head with a scarf or chuni. If you go for swimming always rinse salt water or chlorine out of your hair straight away then shampoo and condition.

8.   Henna treatments restore the shine to dull hair.

9.   Never over wash your hair because this strips the hair of its natural oils.

10. Do not apply shampoo directly mix it with half mug of after and dilute it and then use shampoo.


11. Do not dry your hair in hot sun or dried allow them to dry naturally, rub softly with a soft towel and remove clogs neatly. Do not use too much hot water nor cold water use luke warm water to wash your hair.
