If possible go for body massaging at least
monthly or bimonthly. To which you need other’s assistance you can’t perform
for your own.
Massage is the sharing of touch of
different parts of the body.
It over all looks as just touch but the
effects of this touch the skin deep, deeper than the muscles and bone. A good
caring massage penetrates right into the depth of your being and makes you feel
very delighted.
Massage should be felt by the receiver as
one continuous sequence in which the strokes flow rhythmically from one to
another, therefore he/ she who massages should not break up their strokes abruptly.
Water
bath but now all have taken only new formats, way of presentation are changed.
When
massaging ask for feed back on what feels good but avoid much verbal
communication with the receiver as talking will take your concentration away
from your hands.
The
slower the more rhythmical are your strokes the more relaxed and safer the
receiver will feel.
As
lubrication of the body is necessary for the free movement of the hands on the
body.
While
oiling remember not to oil the whole body at a time. But only that part which
you are going to give massage right then.
If
you want fragrance add few drops of perfumes to your oil or lemon juice.
As
massaging in a peaceful atmosphere if needed with a mild music of heart touching one or in
natural places give all relaxing to the body, mind and notifying effects the
nervous system.
