CARE FOR YOUR FEET

How important our feet are for us, we realize only when we have some problem in them. A problem as minor as shoe- biting makes us aware of the feet’s utility to us.

We usually neglect them and do not really want to take their proper care . please do care for them . following tips can help to maintain the health of the feet.

Growth of unwanted hair can be avoided if you mix curds, turmeric and toordal powder and apply 7 to face hands and legs which will prevent growth of unwanted hairs.


-if you have more hairs go for waxing.

- if dead and rough skin is more on legs then apply lemon and rub daily.

- do not wear too much tight shoes or slippers with high heels and tightness.

- to your new shoes and slippers apply sea same oil or coconut oil and then use them after a day to avoid shoe or slipper bite.

- walk barefoot on grass in the morning. Those who walk a lot or stand for hours they should wear shoe with thick soles and low heels. Expose your feet to the air as often as you can.


- in growth nails should be cut proper care should be taken to cut the nails square.
