1.Avoid
too much of sweets, fried food, fat contained foods, alcohols and cakes .
because they cause blemishes and blotchiness on the skin surface.
2.Eat
one seasonal fruit in the morning, preferably before you eat anything else, eat
raw vegetables and greens should be included in your diet.
3.Your
food be of diet consciousness, vitamin and protein oriented ones.
4.Drink
at least 4-5 liters of water per day
5.When
you leave home protect your skin from hot sun, dust cover your head with scarf,
channi or an umbrella. Also apply sunscreen lotion.
6.Cleanse
your skin once in the morning and again in the evening before going to sleep
with products to suit your skin type.
7.Do
not use all the cosmetics and gels creams to try all new products will damage
your skin goodness.
8.Use
coconut oil and bathing oil to soften your skin. For making your own bathing
oil take one cup palm oil almond oil and olive oils equal proportion and half
cup of wheat germ oil. Mix them well and keep it in a bottle in the dark. Take
a little of it and massage into the whole body before bathing and swimming.
9.Use
a body brush to break down the more fleshy skin tissues of the body.
10.A
bath brush and a punice stone help to soften hard skin often found on the feet,
knees and elbows.
11.Use
face mask suiting to your skin type( refer in the book) at least once a week.
12.Massage
your body at least once in a month (take someone’s help).
13.As
per season skin will be smooth, oily and dry. Proper care should be taken in
the respective season with special care.
14.Do
not use too much hot nor too much cold water for your bath.
Moderate
water is suitable to keep skin good.
15.Always
wear your clean and good cloths , do not wear too much tight clothes and wet
clothes.
16.Before
you use any cream do a patch test on your hand and then use on face as your
skin is so delicate. If you find any irritation or burning sensation stop it.
17.If
you see any infection or rash or any kind of discolourisation, allergic type on
your skin immediately consult your skin doctor. Do not allow it to spread.
18.In
winter season use cream ( milk top malai) or butter massage for 5 minutes
leaves half an hour and then have a bath your skin will be smooth.
19.After
bath use any body lotion in winter to prevent dryness and irritation of skin
due to cold.
20.In
summer use prickly heat powder over your body to avoid small rashes and
pimples.
21.Wear
loose and light clothes in summer and better have twice bath daily.
22.Dress
you wear should be suitable colour to your skin complexion. Which makes your
over all look beautiful. In winter wear thick clothes,
23.Consumption
of iron contented food keeps your blood purified and skin is also protected

oil to your hair regularly else the hair will be spoiled completely if you
can’t do so at least weekly once your hair should be given care by applying oil
to the roots of hairs.

unlimited creams and powders, deodorants, perfumes may lead to skin infections.

use soft soaps which contain less stucco soda and chemicals after off test with litmus if chemicals are less it doesn’t
change color if it contain it turns blue choose the right soap.

do not change your soap, shampoo at regular intervals, don’t try out new
products. Stick to one better product.

when you go for any parties you have a make up after coming home remove it with
cotton dipped in cleansing milk or wash off your face cleanly.
29.
first know your skin type whether it is oily, normal or dry skin and then use
any type of creams etc.
30.
prepare herbal face packs after consulting to your regularly beautician ( i. e
your nearest parlor which you visit).
