CARE FOR YOUR SKIN DURING SUMMER

  1.   In summer take bath at least twice a day and use talcum powder with good fragnance to your under arms and body.

  2.   Drink, butter milk, coconut water, lime juice and consume juice than more food.

  3.   People with oily skin must wash their face with Bengal gram flour for 3-4 times to keep away pimples.


4.   Wash your head at least weekly twice, tie your hairs instead of leaving freely in summer.

5.   Don’t go for over make up and be sure you remove your make up before you go to bed.

6.   Use almost cotton clothes and prefer loose one’s.

7.   Avoid deep fried items use fruit and vegetable salads.

8.   Eat raw vegetables such as carrot cucumber, tomatoes, beetroot to get energy and nutrients. Eating more raw vegetables makes the stored out calories to get used for digestion of such raw vegetables at the same time provide you nutrients.

9.   If your skin becomes too much dry mix lemon juice, milk, rose water , glycerin to face and wash off after 1 hour.

10.        Do not bath with too much cold water use luke warm water.

11.        Avoid moving outside during hot summer if so use scarf, goggles.       As soon as you are back wash of home your face.

Avoid drinking coffee and tea in summer always consume light food with light fats in summer
