Daily
to empty stomach take a lemon squeezed in a glass of water and drink.
Don’t do
this if you have asthama and acidity.
Have your coffee or tea after a half an
hour break.
Use
greens, fruits & vegetables in your diet.
Night
eat oil free chapatti, rote and drink butter milk and eat one tomato.
Do
your household work yourself which will make utilization of nutrients and
deposited fats.
You
can also drink a tsp of honey mixed with lemon in a glass of water daily in
empty stomach.
Drink
more water as much as you can.
Eat
raw curry leaves daily one small stem of leaves which provides iron to your
body and diminishes cholesterol.
You
can go for regular walking or yogasanas, aerobics, ladies gym or health club
for reduction of your weight, but what ever you do must be continuous progress
do not give breaks in between to it.
Ladies
be sure you do not perform exercises or walking etc. during your period.
Avoid
fatty foods, non-veg, fast foods, pastels, ice creams, coffee, tea as for as
possible.
Daily
spare at least 20 minutes for exercises and weekly one do exercises for half an
hour.
If
you prefer to walk, walk at least 2kms per day.
Consume
garlic more which helps in digestion. Control cholesterol and also helps in
reduction of weight ( observe all list of items are helpful for what purpose in
this book .
Do
exercises or walking after considering your age if you have heart problems, BP,
diabetes etc . consult your doctor and then plan your exercises.
The
place you choose for exercises must be big with full ventilation, fresh air,
spacious, clean and concentrate on the exercises only when you are doing so, do
not watch TV are listen songs, if necessary play a mild instrumental music
which even relaxes your mind also .
Do
some neck exercise, to get stiff neck and beautiful lien neck, eye exercises as
referred in this book to get sharp vision .
Avoid
sugar and all products containing it sugar is a food that adds excess calories
quickly and builds fat deposits.
Do
not eat anything just because somebody has left it and if not eaten it would go
waste.
Remember
to take combinations –one ‘fatty’ item with two skinny items, that is one
protein with two vegetables.
